Your smile is one of your biggest assets and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it.
We accept checks, cash, and most major credit cards, and as a courtesy, we will bill your insurance for you. We will help you work with your insurance provider to obtain the maximum coverage allowed. An estimated copayment will be calculated based on your insurance benefits and will be due at the time of service.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has been paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24-48 hours' notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
We accept most dental insurance programs however we are not a member of any managed care network. As a service to you, our Financial Coordinator will submit all necessary forms for your dental benefits. Please be aware that you are responsible for the total cost of treatment should your insurance benefits offer less coverage than planned. We will be happy to request a pre-treatment estimate from your insurance company for significant treatment so that you will have a more accurate idea of what your cost will be.
